My story is not unusual for the Sandpoint area I was passing through about 39 years ago and decided to rent a cabin from a friend for the winter, fell in love with this place and the people and never left.

The people here are amazing and the fishing, hunting, skiing, biking, hiking, on and on recreational opportunities are here to explore. It's an amazing place where my wife and I raised our 2 son's, and is a great place
for any family to live and grow.

I have over 38 years of experience in the construction and energy industry, and have worked with developers, Utilities, local, state, and Federal government agencies to design and develop energy saving projects from residential developments to airports. It is because of my experience working with groups to achieve these kinds of successful projects that I can work to help you find the investment property you want or the piece of paradise you've been dreaming of. Most of the year-round residents here in Bonner County were once visitors who fell in love with the sense of community and wonderful lifestyle in this spectacular area
