I have been licensed to sell real estate since 1978. I managed a real estate office during my stay in Seattle for over seven years (sixteen years total sales in Seattle). I have a Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation and was the REALTOR® of the Year for 1999. My education spans over thirty-five years of continuing real estate education. I am experienced with commercial and residential sales.

I grew up on a farm and ranch in Montana and I have a first-hand knowledge of vacant land and ranch sales.
